《The Italian Club Seafood Wine Bar - 中環》呢排成日都諗住意大利菜🤭好想食果種好濃厚醬汁既意大利粉呢😋前幾日終於約左個舊同事聚舊,book左中環一間環境唔錯既意大利餐廳食飯,人均$1100左右 5個courses,有welcome drink、vinegar tasting同dessert wine 🤭呢個價格黎講真係算係多野食同埋幾有特色,最啱就係情侶記念日黎食飯,餐廳有情調而且service 又好好👍🏻最impressed 既係睇menu果個QR code 一掃會見到我訂位個名,令人有warm welcoming 既感覺首先,waitress 為我同朋友奉上welcoming drink,係杯sparkling wine 來的,好讓我地清清味蕾同埋解解熱,然後再開始vinegar tasting🥰waitress 好有心機為我地介紹三種不同既黑醋,分別有12、25同50年時間釀製嘅,用黎配芝士突出不同年份既黑醋香味,呢個體驗都約特別的👍🏻試完個醋,仲有個魚子醬黑松露燉蛋俾我地清下個味覺🥰成件事好高級,之後就到Appetiser啦💁🏻‍♀️Appet

店員同我地推介呢個佢地餐廳人氣既紅蝦 Carpaccio,食落無論質感定味道都好特別,個紅蝦下面係血橙配上lemongrass,食落有陣陣清新既香草味,旁邊既醬汁配搭帶出紅蝦彈牙既質地,可以食得到蝦既鮮同事食到血橙既清爽

用左我最愛既開心果去做青醬意粉😍有咩理由唔試呀😌意粉係用左長通粉製作,再配上老是常出現既紅蝦,長通粉口感煙韌有咬口,仲十分掛汁添,啲青醬佈滿曬整條長通粉,仲食到粒粒既開心果碎

而另一個意粉我地就要左紅醬的,用左最基本既蕃茄做汁底,食落幾惹味同埋酸酸地幾開胃🤤紅蝦肉軟糯同個意粉味道好合拍

主菜我地要左個牛扒🥩五成熟用鐵板上剛剛好呀,食落重牛味而且質地結實,餐廳安排左四款不同既橄欖油俾我哋點牛扒用,但係個人情意結落鹽同胡椒🤫始終覺得咁樣先可以食得到牛肉嘅原味

值得一題係佢個side dishes真係好大份,車厘茄用咗少少橄欖油同醋調味,食落好開胃而且解膩,食咗咁大塊牛扒剛剛好可以中和返個油膩感,另外我個人特別推介佢個creamy mash,一放入口就知佢一定落左cream同牛油去煮,超香口同埋好幼滑🤭必點

食完晒所有咸食,終於到甜品環節😂完全冇諗過佢呢個set既甜品會係咁豐富🤭我同朋友都睇到眼凸,而且每款甜品嘅份量都係full size,太誇張喇🤣不過坦白講,如果鍾意食甜品嘅話的確係會好滿足😌個拼盤入面有火龍果奶凍、tiramisu、雪糕、意大利傳統糕點、手工朱古力、Vodka做底既檸檬沙冰🍧…… 我個人最喜歡係佢個心心造型嘅雪糕同埋佢個傳統Tiramisu👍🏻 除咗以上所講嘅甜品之外,每人仲有一杯dessert wine 🍷 所以我話食完呢一餐之後應該會肥幾磅☺️但係又真係好滿足
