The Pizza Project最熱門最多人推薦既pizza一定係佢既carbonara🤩呢度lunch time 好抵食,lunch menu包前菜、pizza同甜品,不過要留意既係佢既menu每個禮拜都轉,如果你有特別邊一款pizza想食既話,最好去之前睇一睇佢最新update既menu。呢度環境同埋野食都好高質🥰pizza係手工pizza即叫即整,所以要等一陣,不過食完前菜就差唔多等到。前菜、pizza、同埋甜品所有野都好好味,絕對值得黎試! 就算唔係lunch time黎佢地都仲有個project tasting menu,貴啲,不過都算抵食!有興趣既可以去試下! 1⃣️Carbonara($133)呢個係黎呢度必點既!卡邦尼意粉就食得多,卡邦尼pizza真係第一次食!賣相好靚😍啱啱焗出黎批邊仲好脆。呢度既pizza批底算係薄脆既類型,批邊厚啲,但係一啲都唔乾,一樣帶少少脆脆地既口感👍 有煙肉、鵪鶉蛋、蕃茄醬、芝士,食落唔係好有卡邦尼意粉果種味道,但係係好食既!煙肉鹹鹹脆脆、鵪鶉蛋半熟,食落有流心效果,配合埋啲蕃茄醬同芝士食,成個組合好邪惡但係好好食!呢個絕對係睇得又食得!

5⃣️Tomato Salad(跟餐) 因為我自己唔係特別鍾意食蕃茄🍅所以我麻麻地呢個沙律。但係朋友食完覺得呢個沙律勁好食,仲話係咁多款前菜入面最好食果款😲鍾意食蕃茄既人可以試下睇下認唔認同😂
6⃣️Parma and Parmigiano(跟餐)
我最鍾意呢款前菜!用18個月風乾既帕瑪火腿,配埋佢烘過既麵包,加啲芝士食,鹹香味十足!而且加埋芝士同包一齊食balance 到火腿既鹹味,好好味🤩
7⃣️Project Salad(跟餐)
前菜我地嗌左兩個呢個沙律,入面有啲紅洋蔥、各式既菜、車厘茄、紅椒粒同埋南瓜籽,配上蜜糖芥末醬。醬唔算好多,感覺幾輕盈,成個沙律食落感覺都好fresh!不過個沙律就比較普通。
