最近我去了一家名為 Pizza Project 的披薩店,我點了他們的招牌披薩,餅底薄脆,口感酥脆,每一口都帶有微微的焦香。披薩上搭配了新鮮的番茄醬,味道鮮美,並且使用了高品質的莫札瑞拉起司,口感滑順,讓人回味無窮。配料方面,我選擇了意大利香腸、洋蔥和新鮮羅勒,這些食材的搭配非常和諧,既有肉類的豐富口感,又有蔬菜的清新,讓整道披薩的風味層次感十足。除了披薩,我還試了他們的芝士炸球,外層金黃酥脆,內裡的芝士融化,濃郁的奶香味令人陶醉,特別適合與朋友分享。整體而言,Pizza Project 的食物質量和服務都非常出色,無論是口味還是擺盤都讓人感到滿意。如果你喜歡披薩,這裡絕對值得一試!我已經期待下次再來品嚐更多的口味了。

🧀 𝗠𝗼𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮🥩𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲🍳𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮🍕𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗮🤎𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗶 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂🩷𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝖳𝖺𝗌𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗎: $220 𝗉𝗉 (𝖠𝗉𝗉𝖾𝗍𝗂𝗓𝖾𝗋 + 𝖯𝗂𝗓𝗓𝖺 + 𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗍) We started off with 𝗠𝗼𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮 and 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 that set the tone for an amazing meal.The 𝗠𝗼𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮 was crispy on the outside but the 🧀 was so creamy on the inside, it arrived with a good cheese pull. The 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfect to eat with 🍞 on side. For the highlight of the meal—the 🍕 ! We went for their popular choice, 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮, topped with quail 🍳, pancetta, fior di latte and 🥫sauce. It was so satisfying for chesse lovers like me, but it might get a little heavy 🤏🏻 when you had to many slices 😭😭 We also ordered another pizza — 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗮, topped with black truffle mascarpone, ham and fior di latte. 收藏已久薄餅店🍕眼闊肚窄的我們 點了兩個dinner set可能一直挺有口碑 所以期望較高🙂↕️初嘗後又覺得一切還好定價 環境 服務都可以然而質素 我們都認為只屬正常水平記憶點不深就是了🫣Antipasto + Pizza + Dessert $220 / One Person ꙳ ꙳ ꙳ Antipasto ꙳ ꙳ ꙳⍥ Burrata 提供餐包 沾上布袋芝士及青瓜 清爽不油膩 史生最愛🤭⍥ Mozzarella Fritta炸得香脆可口 拉絲效果令人滾動 吃多有點膩꙳ ꙳ ꙳ Pizza ꙳ ꙳ ꙳⍥ Carbonara 卡邦尼薄餅是招牌 每塊薄餅都塗上蕃茄醬然後有流心鵪鶉蛋、煙肉、芝士 主要味道來自酸酸咪咪的蕃茄醬不認為跟卡邦尼有關係🫨⍥ Margherita 史生最愛薄餅口味之一簡單的都是蕃茄醬做基礎底醬配上芝士和羅勒葉 沒有太大驚喜然而蕃茄醬的酸味蓋過不少風頭꙳ ꙳ ꙳ Dessert ꙳ ꙳ ꙳⍥ Pici Tiramisu 我是不飲咖啡的 但偏偏蠻愛吃Tiramisu印象Pici的提拉米蘇是不俗😌我愛走小朋友路線的零酒味且甜度不高 ⍥ White Chocolate Mousse 這個相對甜得多 白朱古力及面頭的jam感覺有點膩 我們還是較愛提拉米蘇🤣

-呢間pizza店係Pirata Group嘅,同出名嘅PICI、Tokyolima、Pirata 係同一個集團🥰 餐廳氣氛好好,happy hour 仲由3PM去到8PM幾正😛 好耐之前外賣食過覺得pizza都幾唔錯,不過今次去就覺得質素差左有啲失望🥲 反而係前菜同甜品好味啲😛Tasting menu ($220 pp): Antipasto + pizza + dessert 呢個tasting menu 好抵,不過份量就好多,兩個人有前菜、pizza同甜品各兩個😆 Pizza🍕係屬於薄身啲嘅不過都係平時中大批嘅size一個人食唔晒,最後我哋剩左差唔多成個pizza takeaway 🙉 Pizza 最signature 嘅味係carbonara,係用左茄汁🥫底,有意式煙肉🥓同鵪鶉蛋🍳幾特別,但係味道上就一般唔算好有驚喜🙈 另一個pizza 叫左loads of meat 🍖,好多肉類但係就幾鹹下,都係蕃茄底同另一個味道差唔多😂好味嘅係前菜嘅炸mozzarella cheese stick 🧀,外層薄脆裏面嘅芝士可以拉絲而且好香芝士味,係食過數一數二好食嘅cheese stick 😋前菜仲叫左burrata 牛奶芝士口感好柔軟,不過配搭上幾唔typical,有sour dough 🍞同埋切片青瓜🥒,我就覺得唔係幾match 😂甜品揀左同PICI 一樣嘅tiramisu,幾creamy 香滑但係面灑左啲砂糖我都就嫌甜左啲😆 會prefer 咖啡味濃啲🥲Happy hour 🍸 超抵:3-4PM $22, 4-6PM $32, 6-8PM $42 一杯,可以揀冇酒精飲品或者紅酒/白酒/Prosecco 等等,嗰日weekend見到唔少外國人喺門口嘅枱仔就咁飲嘢🥳📍The Pizza Project中環蘇豪卑利街26號地舖灣仔星街5號地舖

The Pizza Project 出名手工意大利🇮🇹薄餅🍕,用傳統烤爐製作Pizza,價錢合理,如果對麩質有敏感,可以加錢選擇gluten-free dough. 佢嘅Menu主要有一頁紙,一半頁紙係不同種類 Pizza,另外半頁紙係餐前小食和甜品。同朋友👫叫咗Project Salad 🥗,Ham and Melon,Nduja Pizza🍕,Carbonara Pizza 🍕,Pici Tiramisu,Lemon Italian Soda。*Project Salad🥗呢個沙律🥗有驚喜,羅馬生菜鲜甜翠嫩, 紅洋蔥絲,南瓜子,蕃茄仔紅卜卜,酸酸甜甜, 有豐富口感,配以上honey mustard dressing,更開胃🤤清新。*Ham and Melon🍈用咗18個月嘅Param Ham, 切薄薄一片片,夾雜着哈密瓜一齊進食,不太鹹 ,反而清甜鹹香,仲附上兩嚿軟綿綿麵包🥯,美味可口, 絕配!如果哈密瓜份量多一點就更好了。*Nduja Pizza 🍕Pizza新鮮手工製作,熱辣辣上枱, 炭味香氣四溢,Pizza上鋪滿辣肉腸,加上大量嘅芝士和蕃茄, 少少辣好惹味,令人垂涎欲滴。*Carbonara Pizza 🍕Pizza 賣相不錯,打咭嘅朋友一定歡喜。Pizza面鋪上流心鵪鶉蛋,好特別亦美味, 加上煙肉嘅鹹香和大量芝士蕃茄,開胃無比。 Pizza dough亦香脆, 雖然好熱辣辣,但忍不住立刻攞件咬下去。*Pici Tiramisu味道冇得輸嘅Tiramisu,不太甜,咖啡味香濃,creamy好滑, 食一杯真係唔夠喉,再想encore。整體來說, Pizza出色, Tiramisu好食,餐廳氣氛都好,值得回味再幫襯。不過,記得留意呢間餐廳限制進餐時間,只有一個半鐘頭享用食物。
