先嚟Spanish必點嘅tapas🇪🇸。兩款Bikini做得出色,多士烤得外脆內軟,前者嘅餡料除左chorizo,仲加入新鮮rosemary同greek honey🍯,蜜糖嘅清甜balance反芝士同辣腸肉醬嘅鹹辣,味道層次感豐富。後者嘅餡料係不敗配搭,truffle嘅味道完美融入🤩,趁熱食時感覺到半溶狀態嘅cheese仲有拉絲效果🧀,一款tapas兩種味道。

店員推介一定要試嘅signature dish,選用4個月大嘅豬BB🐖,脂肪分佈平均,無小編最怕見到嘅一層肥膏。賣相不太特別但係食落有驚喜💫,低溫慢煮嘅做法成功鎖住肉汁,外皮微脆,肉質香嫩,淋到入口即溶嘅境界💯。

全隻波士頓龍蝦已去殻切件🦞,伴隨住broccolini同brussels sprouts,賣相好吸引。龍蝦煮得啱啱好,新鮮彈牙😋,一瞬間錯覺以為係中式嗰隻芝士龍蝦😂,但係其實呢個汁係Vichyssoise,以主由洋蔥、忌廉同薯仔煮成,比cream / cheese更加滑身🫕。雖然係好食,亦明白到龍蝦本來係貴價食材,不過比起其他幾個dish佢無太大驚喜,但係for打卡就滿分啦📸!

作為main呢個seafood paella份量足夠4-5人share🥘,可以$158加半隻龍蝦,小編今次無加,不過都配料都豐富,蝦、青口、蜆肉都好新鮮🦐。飯底有水準,乾身微黏而且仲有飯焦👏🏻,惹味但略為有點過鹹,若然調味方面輕手少少就完美啦。

其實sides好難comment,好難超好食/超難食,估唔到呢度都有野讚😆。平時D sides都係一個細兜盛住,呢個Broccolini賣相出奇地靚🎀,份量仲好大碟。Mash potato真係要讚,因為幼滑得嚟仲有濃濃truffle味🤤,比想像中好食,值得一試👍🏻!

作為ending叫左西班牙傳統炸油條,配vanilla雪糕🍨,嚟到時熱辣辣傳來陣陣cinnamon味,食落口感偏硬,小編個人比較鐘意外脆內軟嘅口感🙈。Basque cheesecake比較普通🍰,無Basque嘅味道,似普通cheesecake,但配香蕉味雪糕幾特別🍌。

餐廳7pm前有happy hour,一到步小編已經order左有酒精同無酒精嘅sangria🍹,兩種都偏甜,即使有酒精版都不大酒精味,店員仲好好咁幫我地用happy hour價留起多jar💁🏻‍♀️,in case最後唔夠飲,結果4個人真係要左兩jar+兩杯🍻。

總括嚟講,餐廳環境舒服,店員全部好有禮貌,用餐體驗滿分💯。甜品方面有改善空間但食物整體水準高🔝,尤其有幾個dish都十分推介,中價位dinner有呢個質素小編覺得CP值幾高。Menu上面仲有幾樣signature,佢地嘅Dos Dias Patatas(千層薯)🥔同 Pulpo a la Gallega (八爪魚) 🐙都係人氣之選,若二訪小編一定會試💪🏻。

Other Info. : 🚗附近幾條街泊車都有D危,如果Upper Albert Road D錶位爆左,可以試Glenealy,google search Sumac呢間餐廳,喺正對面有個凹位,或者對上條斜路,行反落餐廳4分鐘左右。
