今日一個人,放咗工就喺中環一間越南嘅餐廳度食過越南檬粉越南順化湯濛粉,由牛腱、熟牛、扎肉和豬手等肉類配以濛粉,再加入香料和蔬菜烹煮而成。湯的味道非常豐富,有濃郁的肉汁味和香料味,口感也非常柔軟。牛腱和熟牛肉口感較為咬口,熟味香濃,扎肉和豬手則比較有q 彈,整體而言,這道湯的味道和口感非常美味。又有辣勁香茅青檸梳打, 口感好清爽的飲品,香茅和青檸混合調製而成。這種飲品帶有明顯的香茅味和青檸味,非常開胃解渴,又可以中和濛粉既辣,並且帶有微微的酸味和氣泡感,口感非常清新。
