這間位於中環的【文興酒家】,主打高質中菜,其中燒味更是必食之一,其他小菜都甚有特色。猴頭菇螺頭燉雞螺頭已切厚片,煲至軟腍,猴頭菇吸收了雞湯鮮味,整體鮮甜濃郁。燒賣即叫即蒸,新鮮熱辣,裏面有豬肉及蝦仁,十分爽口。泰國櫻桃鴨拼文興叉燒皇鴨肉每片大小適中,而且完全無雪味,鴨肉醃得入味,而且嫩腍;叉燒有些燶邊,而且帶蜜汁甜香,肉質鬆化有肉味。蟹黃脆蝦球蝦球表面灑上金箔,再淋上蟹黃汁,金黃色令人食慾大增,新鮮爽口蝦球,下面以多士墊底,蟹黃鮮味十足。海佬脆河粉炸河粉十分乾爽,完全不油膩,配上大蝦、帶子、魷魚,還有番茄雜菌瑤柱湯,河粉浸湯後依然香脆好味。最後食返個煙煙韌韌又帶椰汁香的千層糕。
