想食高質嘅日式串燒時 我第一時間就會諗起鳥匠😍見到負責串燒嘅兩位都係日本師傅煙霧彌漫咁準備每一串串燒 令我期待感大增!先叫咗一碗雞湯 熱辣辣帶有香濃雞香味同埋見呢度新出咗關東煮都叫咗三款嚟食:蘿蔔、魚片、雞肉腸,單品均一價$30🫡串燒方面呢度價錢大約$40左右一串主打嘅當然唔少得燒鳥 仲可以食到稀有部位 不過每日都唔同 可以問吓店員今日有咩部位準備▫️必食雞生蠔皮脆肉嫩又多汁,口感係帶小小彈性,好少可食雞肉會有呢一種口感。▫️其餘串燒我仲點咗雞皮、雞肝、雞蔥卷、雞翼 、豬腩肉、芝士煙肉卷、厚揚豆腐,整體嚟講雞肉嘅選擇豐富好多 味道亦都非常唔錯😌
