To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次終於黎到位於中環FUMI食半自助放題，本身都想食好耐，值得稱讚的是無論食物質素和服務都令人滿意。餐廳日式裝潢，落地大玻璃，環境都幾闊落，用餐環境舒適感度高。同埋原來在場，小編撞到有魔術師表演，睇得好精彩⭐主菜A4宫崎和牛壽喜燒小鍋A4和牛剛好半熟，入口即容，軟嫩香濃，油脂感不會過多，好好食。精選手握壽司拼盤（4件）鮮吞拿魚、火炙左口魚邊、房師推介2款壽司好新鮮，而且飯粒不會太大塊，一口剛好入口。⭐前菜前菜有好多各種不同的沙律菜任食，而最正既係有烤A4宫崎和牛配柚子汁，宫崎和牛油脂分佈均勻，油香滿滿。✨雪場蟹好鮮甜，肉質好厚😋😋⭐刺身三文魚、帶子、油甘魚、章魚、象拔蚌有5款刺身任食，非常值得稱讚係刺身級數高，好新鮮甜美。油甘魚係每天整條魚切出黎，每日都保持著新鮮度。⭐壽司卷物鳗魚牛油果卷、A4宫崎和牛壽喜燒卷、FUMI素菜卷、雜錦辛香刺身太卷卷物個人喜歡雜錦辛香刺身太卷，口感豐富。⭐炸物最喜歡日式芝士年糕和海蝦天婦羅，炸得好脆口，炸衣又夠薄。⭐燒物鹽燒宮崎雞翼燒得好蕉脆，味道剛剛好。仲有牛油燒粟米、鮮冬菇、宫崎特產黑豚香腸等選擇。⭐温物蟹粉茶碗蒸好好食，蛋蒸到好嫩滑，又有蟹粉味道，
