從疫情開始都一直工作未有休息,而且身兼數職,壓力甚大,尤其身在中環這個高壓地區,加班後總想慰勞一下自己、放鬆一下心情,所以總會有幾個地方是必去的。其中一個就是位於IFC4樓平台的"Glass House",餐廳有室內室外位置,室內又有酒吧,看到香港美麗的維多利亞海港景色,再加上美食,心情即時放鬆。《Curry Crab Bruschetta $118》芝士焗馬沙文咖哩蟹配多士和蝦片。香氣撲鼻,刮起表面的Mozzarella Cheese就會見到homemade massaman curry。咖哩混有啖啖蟹肉,甜中帶鮮,蘸上多士和蝦片更有口感,十分美味。《Deep fried Sakura Shrimp & Corn $88》yuzu mayonnaise 香脆粟米櫻花蝦份量多,粟米和櫻花蝦都炸得香脆不油膩,不能停口,左酒一流。《Porcini Mushroom & Cheese Spaghetti $138》牛肝菌芝士意粉配Madeira wine,即是馬德拉酒,令意粉味道更濃厚。上層鋪滿拉絲芝士,十分吸引,入口濃厚十分掛汁,滿滿牛肝菌香。《Butter soft cookies $
