To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺中環諗住食晏食啲麵，點知見到香港仔坐滿晒，諗起佢樓上好似仲有位，上到去發現轉左另一間麵店見有位坐就試吓啦。門面有佢個鋪名嘅解說裏面空間格局同之前南記差唔多，但係多咗啲中國色彩嘅裝飾佢有三款不同套餐，全部都係有面同嘢飲另外就可以再加小食同埋甜品我哋先點左個瘋狂燒白面，五花腩肥瘦相間幾入味我在額外加多左隻煎蛋小食就加錢要左棒棒雞，香辣得來雞件都幾滑身但係要加30幾蚊就有啲貴囉另外叫咗個瘋狂肥腸面都係加咗隻煎蛋，肥腸份量都幾多，冼得到乾淨另外加陪左燒椒茄子，佢整得好靚，又幾好食，茄子嘅紫色都仲保留到，但係又係要加30幾蚊幾貴囉！我諗佢如果價錢再實惠啲應該會有多啲客。
