To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Introduction
The restaurant has a spacious environment and Chinese style is added. The main specialty is Chongqing small noodles. Peanuts, pea paste, shallots and other condiments are added to the noodles, and then mixed with chili oil. It also offers authentic Sichuan dishes such as Bobo chicken and Sichuan ice powder.

餐廳:瘋狂小面地點:中環士丹利街樓上餐館菜式:川菜餐牌:主打小麵(即係傳統重慶小麵),餐牌基本上就係三款組合既麵餐,麵+飲品 $87麵+飲品+小吃/甜品 $98麵+飲品+小吃+甜品 $109另設加一。飲品同小吃都可以加錢升級。另外可以再加料。麵可以揀乾撈麵或者湯麵,同埋麻度同辣度。自己剔紙落單。瘋狂擔擔面 今日好熱,叫左個走湯嘅麵。瘋狂擔擔面有新鮮水麵,餐牌寫明非油炸或掛麵,又真係食得出,好健康。d麵都唔會話太軟身或一pat pat,分量足,加有足量肉醬,好惹味。我叫左BB辣同BB麻,肉醬辣度剛剛好,只係微微辣,撈埋青瓜絲,蔥花,脆花生,仲有3條菜心苗,口感味道都唔錯,夏天食幾好。加煎蛋 加$9 另加一煎蛋係脆皮!而入面蛋黃就全熟,少少乾。加豌豆 加$9 另加一豌豆份量唔少,口感滑溜。烏梅汁加冰 加$3 另加一唔洗加錢飲品有4款,簡單叫左烏梅汁加冰。烏梅汁同冰係分開上,烏梅汁好酸吓,加完冰就剛好,啱哂炎夏飲用。總括而言,呢度d麵都唔錯,上菜快速,地點方便。

放假嚟中環街市睇嘢,順便再嚟食我最愛嘅川味麵店--瘋狂小面😋今次試咗佢哋嘅擔擔麵,感覺正宗同四川食過嘅一樣味道。🌟四川擔擔麵四川擔擔麵味道香辣,麵條滑順,搭配香濃的花生醬和辣油,有別於香港一般嘅擔擔麵,呢碗擔擔麵係用咗正宗四川成都做法,係用乾撈形式,所以特別香。擔擔麵的辣味適中,香氣撲鼻,讓人食得過癮,十分開胃,而且加咗適量嘅花生醬,所以香味非常之好。🌟四川紅湯大排面 (+牛舌)湯底濃郁,帶有濃烈的香料味。大排肉質鮮嫩,牛舌更添一份滑口,湯底辣味更加係非常有層次,先有少少辣椒嘅香味,跟住再有少少花椒嘅麻味✅🌟泡椒鳳爪鳳爪的口感爽滑,泡椒的香辣味道十分突出。作為開胃菜,十分過癮刺激,鍾意食辣嘅朋友一定要加呢個小食!
