呢間位於渣打銀行大廈地下的日式高級餐廳,入面有壽司、鐵板燒同埋串燒。入座前要揀定食物嘅類型,因為入面嘅座位係用食物嘅類型劃分。今日我揀咗壽司嘅廚師發板今日係慶祝生日,但係我冇事先同餐廳講用餐目的,如果講咗,可能會有驚喜餐廳平日12:00開門,預先係Openrice到book咗位。因為餐廳入面真係好大,午餐冇book位應該都會有位。午市廚師發板套餐有3個選擇,分9貫、13貫同埋16品。只有16品嘅套餐有刺身,所以揀咗16品的套餐。首先,前菜係開胃嘅茄子🍆,配上自家製嘅醬汁,帶少少酸味同柚子味。之後係刺身,每件刺身都會有好夾嘅自家製醬汁,刺身有大拖羅、象拔蚌、秋刀魚等等。刺身好新鮮,問過廚師好多都來自北海道,拖羅唔會淨係得脂肪,食落都會有煙韌嘅口感,配咗好夾嘅蜜糖芥末食完刺身,到咗季節限定嘅熱盤。今日係燒金鯛魚,魚嘅皮炸到好脆,但唔會好油。仲有蟹肉蒸蛋,蟹肉仲多過蛋食完熱食,之後就到壽司嘅環節,壽司總共有六件,都係今日嘅新鮮食材,最好食嘅係海膽,都係來自北海道,甜甜的食完哂刺身之後,就會上味噌湯,入面有魚同菇,有鮮味,但比較清。最後仲有靜岡縣哈密瓜。總結呢間開係中環嘅高級餐廳,唔算太貴,食
