經過中環街市見到依間新開嘅越南Pho,晚市套餐$63-$82不等,奉送熱飲無加一,中環價嚟講都算合理。坐低同店員傾兩句,原來餐廳係同區同名「鳴越越式料理」嘅分店,過往評價都好高,相信分店食物質素都唔會差。嗌咗最經典嘅越南生牛肉檬粉-檬粉幼身易夾,湯頭夠清甜,有九層搭、洋蔥同葱花令味道更濃,再按自己口味加上辣椒粒同青檸汁;牛肉被熱湯輕灼仍然非常粉嫩,份量亦都好多。越池豬扒本身跟飯,店員表示亦可以隨意配搭粉麵,所以揀埋金邊粉試試。金邊粉烹煮時間剛好唔會太腍,豬扒外表好吸引,食落juicy唔乾柴,調味足夠唔洗點辣醬已經好好味。安南手作粉卷第一次食,粉皮好似薄身嘅腸粉,入面包裹住甘筍、沙葛、木耳絲同豬肉粒,口感豐富,面頭更有惹味嘅葱油同炸蒜令粉卷食落更香口。跟餐嘅香滑奶茶同平時茶記嘅差唔多,順滑帶啲苦澀,係香港人嘅口味。
