上個月同朋友喺中環食商務午餐,席間友人提到好想去吃頓越南菜,問我可有甚麼好推介。既然友人想食,我當然義不容辭。今個月嘅姊妹聚,就一於由我帶路,去中環士丹利街食越式料理。老實講,其實我都係第一次嚟中環呢間「品越」,不過對呢間餐廳就一啲都唔感到陌生,因為之前曾多次到訪它位於雅蘭中心嘅分店,所以對店子嘅食物質素,都幾有信心。餐廳位於大廈 1 樓, 要走上一條樓梯方可到達。店內地方頗大,環境光猛,裝潢簡潔,用上淺木色為主調,配以優雅的花紋牆紙作襯托,觀感融和舒適。先讓友人研究一下餐牌,其實我剛才已經喺樓下睇咗 menu,食物選項包括有米紙卷、沙律、頭盤、香茅串燒、燒物、主食、西貢咖哩、蔬菜、湯、招牌河粉、濱海、撈檬、炒粉飯、特色飲品、啤酒、紅白酒及甜品等,款式非常之多。另外亦有精選一人餐、晚市 2 人套餐及晚市 4 人套餐。先來一客輕食做前菜,看中了這客香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷 ($78),米紙晶瑩剔透,外皮煙韌,而內裡的餡料就包括有軟殼蟹、檬粉、青瓜、生菜和芒果肉等。先試一件,外皮柔軟、入口帶米香,加上酥香鬆脆的軟殼蟹,口感豐富,再拌以自家製的酸汁,吃起來既清爽又不膩。喺「精選一人餐」揀咗款河內生牛

喺「精選一人餐」揀咗款河內生牛肉湯河 ($95),套餐配有小食一款同熱飲一杯。小食可以揀迷你春卷、香茅雞中翼、灼時菜同粉卷拼扎肉,選了香茅雞翼。雞翼一客 2 隻,啱啱好夠我哋分,唔使爭唔使搶。挾起一看,雞翼 Size不大,細細隻,不過熱辣辣,而且食落夠入味之餘又夠脆口,咬開外皮,入面的雞肉依然 Juicy。

至於碗湯河,雖然話係一人餐,但係份量睇落都唔野少,絕對足夠兩個人 Share。先擠些少青檸汁,再撒點芳香的九層塔同指天椒,湯頭鮮甜濃郁,入口充滿牛骨香氣,不油不膩。河粉薄而滑,帶少少煙韌,吃至最後仍然彈牙。生牛上檯時仍帶紅,入口有厚度,不嚡不韌,吃時可配是拉差辣椒醬,更有風味。

主菜點了品越燒乳豬 ($188),乳豬用木砧板盛上,分量極多。先叉起一件入口,外皮很薄,入口脆卜卜,皮下脂肪略厚,而最下層則是肉質纖維幼細的豬肉。豬件食落肉汁好豐盈,帶豬肉的甘香。雖然真係幾好味,不過兩個人食 1/4 隻,的確是有點吃力,建議同多幾個朋友一齊嚟分享。

食完油膩野,最後當然要點番個菜蔬嚟平衡一下,點咗個馬拉盞炒芥蘭 ($72),店員送上時已經聞到好香,炒得好有鑊氣,芥蘭爽脆青綠,入口微辣,鹹香味十足,既爽口又唔硬身,非常好吃。

套餐配有熱飲一杯,有咖啡、奶茶、檸檬茶、檸檬水可供選擇,不過如果想轉凍飲就要 +$3、轉特色熱飲就 +$8、轉梳打特飲就 +$12、而轉沙冰就加 +$18。這杯芒果椰子沙冰 (+$18) 味道不俗,既香甜又不膩喉,充滿熱帶風情。餐廳環境唔錯,靜靜地,幾啱同姊妹嚟傾下心事。
