To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環卑利街小巷的清新健康小cafe，店主為女廚師👩🏻‍🍳，致力推行健康營養美食，餐牌上列明每道菜的卡路里，實行健康至上💪🏻不要以為健康=清淡無味，餐廳雖然走健康路線，但食物絕對有質素，味道亦豐富，有all day breakfast、意粉、色彩yogurt bowl、甜品和多款飲品供應😋Cafe內設有個小露天區，裝飾成花園🌹一樣，為中環鬧市中一個舒口氣的空間😍「情迷朱古力」是非常IG-able的打卡飲品☕️，將屋仔型熱朱古力倒入棉花糖中，朱古力味香濃而不太甜🤗❤️店家招牌意粉「EverShine黃金香辣鹹蛋蜆肉意粉🍝」用上金黃色澤配合餐廳名稱，多隻蜆肉圍滿碟邊，賣相吸睛👀❣️意粉香辣，加上鹹蛋醬🍳，味道獨特出色，但質感較乾身似炒意粉，如果醬汁再濕潤一點就更完美了，總括而言是惹味之選🔥其實餐牌甜品🍰也很美，可惜肚子已容不下了。欣賞店家在逆市中開店，憑味道和賣相吸引女生，吃得出店主對美食的幹勁和心思，和餐廳名字一樣充滿光彩🌞
