喺中環見完客,有少少肚餓,發現呢個巷仔都有好多舖頭,就入嚟搵吓有冇嘢食,見到呢間越南餐廳門口細細但好似都得過一D 獎,上網再查一下,見到評分唔錯,便搵位坐低。餐牌上主菜選擇唔算多,但全部都係傳統越南麵食,亦有幾款特色小食。至尊(生熟牛柳片、牛腩、牛肉丸、牛柏葉、扎肉)河粉,講到明至尊有齊好多唔同嘅材料,10分豐富,湯底好靚,應該用咗好多唔同材料煲出嚟,有層次感。喇沙配蝦、魚片及魷魚等,湯底亦濃郁,不過唔算辣,啱晒唔食得辣嘅人,蝦幾新鮮亦有超過5隻,咁大手筆。越式炸春卷,水準合格。冰山燒豬頸肉有水準,厚切豬頸肉有口感,肉質結實,唔會太肥,調味亦唔會鹹,加生菜一齊食更好。
