位於中環SOHO伊利近街的「Sole Mio」，自從1999年開張，已經屹立於中環25年。店內裝修溫馨舒適，無論係情侶二人燭光晚餐或多人朋友聚會都適合Garlic Bread老闆先送上餐廳自家製的蒜蓉多士及番茄沙沙多士，另配新鮮烤焗的原隻蒜頭，充滿蒜香，不得了哦Cozze Alla Marinara藍青口份量十足，每隻都肥美飽滿，鮮甜味美，配上微微辣的白酒汁，非常滋味Salmone Affumicato E Avocado挪威煙三文魚配牛油果及新鮮翠綠沙律菜，再添上檸檬牛油汁，清新開胃Spaghetti Alle Polpette番茄意粉意粉口感軟硬適中，濕潤度不錯，配上香濃又彈牙的肉丸，好好食呢Grilled US CAB Angus Rib-eye Steak烤至大約七成熟的美國安格斯肉眼牛扒，厚薄及肥瘦度適中，牛肉味好濃郁呢！伴碟仲有烤薯仔及雜菜，健康美味Panna Cotta餐廳自家製的意式奶凍，口感超級嫩滑，牛奶味道香濃突出Tiramisu提拉米蘇同樣係餐廳自家製的，入口輕盈軟滑，濕潤可口，甜而不膩
