最近在中環擺花街找到一間法式小店,裝修精緻簡約,主打法式可麗餅Crepe。Seafood Linguini ($130)海鮮扁意粉,海鮮主要有蝦和魷魚粒。醬汁以蕃茄汁為主,再加上蒜蓉白酒,滲透出淡淡的香草味。材料豐富,蕃茄汁帶點酸甜,非常適合夏天食。Banane Flambee ($72)火焰香蕉可麗餅,剛上枱時非常搶眼,可以清晰看到藍色的火焰。微熱的可麗餅,加上冰冷的雲呢拿雪糕,一冷一熱,層次豐富。再加上香蕉、提子乾和焦糖醬,配搭得不錯。
