今日就嚟咗呢一間喺中環嘅串燒日式餐廳,裝修非常有日式風格,而且位於大館附近,位置上都非常方便,地鐵站沿着天橋搽上去都大概只係需要5分鐘路程,唔難搵!💥Katana tasting menu, 呢一個套餐係$398,包一個前菜,六串串燒,一個主菜同埋甜品,其實非常抵食,我哋決定試吓呢一個menu! 前菜嚟講我哋揀咗胡麻菠菜蟹肉沙律,蟹肉嘅份量非常多,加埋菠菜同埋沙律醬撈埋一齊食,非常好食,而且口感亦都非常好,口感層次上因為有蟹肉所以更加好食!💥自家製免治雞軟骨,呢一個做得非常好食,再加埋日式嘅雞蛋蛋漿,令到口感更加特別,免治雞軟骨,加上燒汁甜甜地,簡直就係正!鍾意食免治雞軟骨嘅朋友絕對唔可以錯過!💥雞皮紫蘇蝦卷,呢個亦都非常特別,係我自己第一次食次,用雞皮紫蘇再夾埋大蝦,一啲都唔油膩,而且大蝦亦都非常爽口彈牙,個配搭非常match!💥三文魚茶漬飯,味道都幾好,而且個賣相非常靚仔,撈埋一齊食,份量啱啱好,朋友都非常推薦呢一個,熱熱地幾好食!💥香煎鵝肝釜飯,呢個係我哋覺得全晚最好食,係店員哥哥推介,好似有少少煲仔飯嘅做法,飯焦控制得非常好,唔會太窿,而且味道控制上亦都做得好好,鵝肝再加埋菇,
