中環食飯通常俾人一種好貴嘅感覺,今次竟然發掘到一間平價燒烤😆一串都係$10起,而且非常高質,生啤仲有買一送一添🍻不過就要留意番$20或以下嘅串燒最少要要兩串起🔥惹味燒雞腳筋(微辣) $10雞腳筋爽口,唔會好辣,十蚊一串絕對係encore之選鹽燒芥蘭頭 $10第一次食芥蘭頭,都幾清甜味噌松板豬 $15比較濃味嘅味噌,豬肉嘅部位係豬頸肉,適合送酒豚肉荔枝卷 $15估唔到加荔枝入去燒都幾夾,咬入去會有啲荔枝汁爆出嚟老油條釀墨魚滑爆芝士 $20每串有兩件,每件都幾大舊,入面食到幾香嘅芝士味,墨魚滑就係薄薄一層,同埋佢配咗個好似泰式蝦餅嗰種甜甜酸酸嘅醬汁,加埋又幾夾免治雞肉棒(配日本蛋) $28加入咗軟骨碎嘅雞肉棒,要撈埋蛋汁一齊食,醬汁都係比較濃味鹽燒牛舌芯 $28牛舌芯幾爽口,呢個價錢嚟講算係幾抵食韓風燒牛肋肉 $28有啲韓燒嘅感覺,牛肉幾冧紫蘇鹿兒島雞頸肉 $28雞頸肉幾爽口,配埋紫蘇葉碎多咗一層香味蒜蓉菜脯燒蠔(2隻) $48燒生蠔有驚喜,兩隻都幾飽滿,大概燒至半熟嘅狀態,所以入口都有少少爆汁山椒鰻魚汁燒白鱔 $48白鱔幾彈牙,正常發揮日式淮山(配世一蛋黃醬) $48淮山入口竟然有啲木魚

比較濃味嘅味噌,豬肉嘅部位係豬頸肉,適合送酒


豚肉荔枝卷 $15
估唔到加荔枝入去燒都幾夾,咬入去會有啲荔枝汁爆出嚟


老油條釀墨魚滑爆芝士 $20
每串有兩件,每件都幾大舊,入面食到幾香嘅芝士味,墨魚滑就係薄薄一層,同埋佢配咗個好似泰式蝦餅嗰種甜甜酸酸嘅醬汁,加埋又幾夾


免治雞肉棒(配日本蛋) $28
加入咗軟骨碎嘅雞肉棒,要撈埋蛋汁一齊食,醬汁都係比較濃味


鹽燒牛舌芯 $28
牛舌芯幾爽口,呢個價錢嚟講算係幾抵食

山椒鰻魚汁燒白鱔 $48
白鱔幾彈牙,正常發揮


日式淮山(配世一蛋黃醬) $48
淮山入口竟然有啲木魚絲嘅味道,佢嘅蛋黃醬絕對唔係普通嘅沙律醬,入面加咗啲洋蔥碎同埋有少少蛋沙律嘅感覺,果然係世一蛋黃醬


椒鹽+紫菜+泰式辣醬九肚魚 $68
呢種做法嘅九肚魚都幾特別,就咁食嘅話椒鹽味比較突出,點埋泰式辣醬就比較清新,酸酸地,而且辣度恰到好處


芫茜雞絲手抓餅(刈) $58
手抓餅入邊裝滿咗雞絲同埋芫荽碎,味道有啲似手撕雞,帶少少辣,除咗芫荽之外亦都有啲芽菜絲,不過呢個手抓餅就要快啲食,擺耐咗嘅話個餅就會浸冧咗🫣
