中環有來自不同國家兼不同菜色既餐廳應有盡有,琳琅滿目,今晚嚐濃味菜色-印度菜,上樓餐廳,較神秘的環境氣氛。老闆係印度人,笑面迎人為我地介紹菜色。餐牌好多選擇,不同咖喱,先叫小食,必叫的Ssmosa ,肥大脆皮唔肥膩,裡面包左薯仔同青豆,好香的香料味,唔會辣啱我呀!加埋印度三色醬汁,mint & yogurt sauce , 深啡色甜酸醬,橙色為辣醬,叫了清淡粟米湯清一清先再食主菜,主菜叫了咖喱羊,勁重口味菜色,羊肉好腍身黏著啲筋,每啖都有漿住口的濃味咖喱,中辣程度。配了Garlic Mann, 一絕,兩種都濃味,帶出雙重口味。另一主打菜-無骨燒雞$88鐵板上,熱㷫㷫,啖啖肉,惹味,配上旁邊配菜新鮮蔥,好鮮甜,而且好大碟,抵食呀!飲品,叫了出名的Mango milkshake ,鮮香芒味略甜,叫時先叫少甜更佳,朋友叫了咖啡。其實餐牌還有多款菜色,下次再試過先得。
