同摯友慶祝生日，最終揀咗呢間中環米芝蓮一星韓國Fine Dining~ 環境同氣氛都一流~ 揀幾款分享一下🥢Samgye Risotto用人蔘雞湯去燉糯米飯，再加上竹筍合成了複雜又多層次的味道，所有精髓都融入到每一口飯中。另外的雞卷配上蘑菇啫喱還吃到點香蒜味，十分特別🥢Makgeolli Ice Cream感覺是新奇配搭。用傳統韓國米酒 - 馬格利雪糕配上黑蒜脆脆，下面再配點芝士粉，味道乾淨清爽。🥢Hweh - Amberjack, cuttlefish, Hanwoo, Mackerel- 鰤魚卷住淡淡辣醬和大醬的味道，入口脆脆的- 墨魚非常鮮味- 韓牛配上泡菜，中和油膩感- 鯖魚配上陳年泡菜，味道意外地合拍🥢Black Sesame Dasik, Sun Dried Pineapple黑芝麻製成傳統的餅乾配上黑菠蘿作最尾完結，非常滿足
