最近留意到越嚟越多新開嘅鮨店,為咗慰勞下自己,忙裡偷閒之中嚟到中環依間Sooshi Gold實行毒撚自私食Omakase計劃😛⁣⁣• Omakase $498⁣午市嘅omakase分咗兩款,一款係以壽司為主,而另一款就有埋刺身,今次揀咗後者試試佢~⁣⁣刺身方面先吃間八魚薄切,亦即體長2m以上嘅大型鰤魚,口感煙韌有彈性,配柚子醋啫喱及生紫菜,少少酸味打開味蕾。剝皮魚質感細緻,拌以自身嘅肝醬入口creamy同濃郁!天然真鯛比養殖嘅真鯛甜度更明顯,卷上根室赤海膽,一淡一濃形成強烈對比😳⁣⁣日本真蠔海水味不太強烈,反而突顯蠔肉本身嘅鮮味~刺身拖羅共有兩食,一件配搭魚子醬做成嘅薄片,帶點鹹味,另一件就做咗炙燒,迫出魚油味道更甘香☺️⁣⁣壽司方面有深海池魚、帆立貝、秋刀魚、牡丹蝦配蝦膏同赤海膽。深海池魚同秋刀魚依兩款最近經常食到,新鮮度好高,冇特別花巧嘅配搭,食出食材嘅原味。帆立貝𠝹咗花令到口感更軟滑,帶有柚子清香。加咗炙燒蝦膏嘅牡丹蝦非常香口,最愛蝦肉黏糯嘅texture。而海膽就更加係冇得輸,濃郁又鮮甜,完全係味覺嘅享受🧡⁣⁣尾聲仲有拖羅蓉手卷,拖羅蓉仲多過飯,食落紫菜夠脆口,加上拖羅魚油嘅芳香

尾聲仲有拖羅蓉手卷,拖羅蓉仲多過飯,食落紫菜夠脆口,加上拖羅魚油嘅芳香真係好正!⁣
