是日去中環接男朋友放工跟住佢話我去試新式日本菜原來就係呢間放開嘅浪人其實成日冇乜食過野男朋友立即點左個五蕃茄沙律個顏色配合得好靚好夾一上檯已經相機食先發覺原來每種顏色有自己獨特嘅口味有D酸D有D甜D不過我最喜歡橙色蕃茄加埋沙律個梅汁jelly好清新跟著叫左個凍湯海膽伴溫泉蛋高湯jelly又係成個藝術品咁食之前將所有嘢撈埋蛋香將海膽的鮮味引發出來個湯咸中帶甜鮮到了刺身店員介紹左佢地今日有乜新鮮貨之後我地揀左牡丹蝦肉質爽甜晶瑩剔透油甘魚肉厚而不會有根左口魚肉香而鮮甜之後呢味叫石籠炸將蘆筍其中的心片簿佢用佢包住魚肉去炸2樣嫩滑引起2種衝擊其中沾上三種調味鹽柚子 抹茶 辣椒更加有不同口味加上有一個魚湯點上增加石籠炸的鮮味到主菜叫厚燒鹿兒島和牛用返和牛的牛油煎香返和牛剛剛只去到五成熟肉味濃郁冇渣個菇吸收返D牛油更惹味最後主食係松茸釜飯松茸煲得香氣四溢加上鏗魚汁釜鍋成功做成飯焦一硬一軟的口感更顯出廚師手藝
