我一向都是無肉不歡,但偶爾也會吃一頓素,以前陪家母往拜佛,會在佛堂吃過午膳才回家,感覺是清淡而千篇一律,然而為修行的人和信眾而設,簡簡單單也無可厚非。時至當今年代,作為素食供應者,若是非商業的,保持傳統的素菜尚可,但若是營商的,要不斷創新菜式才可滿足食客的需求。聽過不少稱讚的話語,這天我依著友人的足跡,帶著我另一半來體驗這間位於中環別樹一幟的素食餐廳,地方簡潔清幽,還略帶一點高雅脫俗,尤其是從餐具擺設便可窺看一二。為了想多試幾款,來份二人套餐便是。餐前的小食有薑味腰果,香脆不油膩,誠是佳品。前菜有兩款,遂與太座各點一款。昆布天使麵配欖油爆珠,清涼的天使麵沾了昆布的味道,配合一粒粒的份子料理橄欖油珠,入口平和,讓口腔稍作活動,喚醒了進食的準備。水晶粉撈素翅配芝麻柚子醬,水晶粉如其名,晶瑩通透,中間夾雜了素翅,入口清爽怡人,芝麻柚子醬令味蕾雀躍,與水晶粉十分匹配。湯類選了兩款,西班牙蕃茄波椒湯,顏色鮮豔討人歡喜,感覺到蔬菜的新鮮,中間放了幾條黃椒綠椒,湯水稀中帶波椒蓉的質感,以脆麵包同吃,可作簡便的一餐。太座愛秘製牛肝菌酸辣湯,以幽香的牛肝菌煮酸辣湯,香氣比一般的做法多了層次,不尖銳的酸,
