To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前係中環返工一段時間，做過咩已經無咩印象，唯一記得就係龍記既叉燒。早排放假得閒又走去中環行下。下午茶時間，當然又去龍記。龍記叉燒入味爽脆，必食之選。另外仲有懷舊燒臘，相信好多人都有講唔使我再多介紹。但怕肥既我一直都無試，希望有日會試下。跟碗既一條菜心甜，唔老，好食。檸檬茶有少冰無少甜，一般茶餐廳都系咁，無奈。老闆娘唔算有禮，說話唔多客氣，但其實對客唔錯。當日有位婆婆點叉燒米，但叉燒太硬咬唔到想換冧啲既叉燒，燒味師傅一直唔換仲口出怨言，但老闆娘就一句都無多，直接幫婆婆換。估唔到係中環呢啲商業地帶，都咁有街坊情味既店。高質燒味，一定會再幫襯，值得支持既老字號。
