To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之從鰂魚涌yo bagel無左之後，都搵唔到一間好好味既bagel，直到發現左呢間！佢有啲難搵，響一條小巷入面。店舖好細，得幾張枱，不過都坐得舒服。佢有好多款bagel餡揀。仲有好幾款適合素食者。上次堂食左個avocado salsa，一試愛上。佢牛油果份量好足，牛油果迷必愛！今日打算試一試hummus spread做早餐！揀左everything bagel，everything bagel意思係有poppy,芝麻，海鹽同乾蒜。佢bagel既質素真係好高，硬得黎唔會太硬，又有口感。Hummus淡淡地。佢無blend到滑哂，所以仲有啲豆既質感。食完好滿足。如果bagel唔係比較高卡路里，我日日食都得。♥️♥️♥️
