火爆中環既陀地燒 ,終於排到我啦~雞肉串火候掌握岩好,肉質嫩而入味雞腳筋平時食開涼拌,而佢燒烤第一次食都令我驚喜同真係越來越鍾意食鮮雞臀新鮮而考過程中冇走失水分,依然脆爽雞爽肉唔差於雞髀肉質既雞爽肉,烤得入味唔柴雞翼烤雞翼一定要食,香到我食10隻都得!香脆外皮,肉質嫩口。鵪鶉蛋都係燒烤必食食材~燒牛肉&羊肉串肉質緊實多汁,而且羊肉串完全冇羶味。秋葵錫紙金菇陀地燒茄子蔬菜類都要嘗試下,特別係秋葵同茄子,帶d燒烤味道,但係又keep到水分唔會太乾陀地燒生蠔墨魚鬚元貝燒秋刀魚到左佢海鮮類,肯定要試下經典生蠔,想講係烤得岩好,上面鋪滿蒜蓉,又keep到生蠔肉質鮮嫩。而秋刀魚都係水平之上,烤元貝比我感覺係影響中就係要咁燒先夠惹味。墨魚鬚加左檸檬海鮮醬,係焦脆又帶點酸甜,昇華左墨魚鬚既口感。再飲一杯柚子蜜梳打,燒烤就係要咁食先爽。
