經過濃烈的煙燻感 香料 花香後
綠茶香的尾韻分外清新
除了美美的吧台外 戶外露台位置也令人舒爽

Located in the heart of Central, this Japanese cocktail bar shares a lovely ambience with amazing interior, and wonderful drinks presented by their mixologists.
Got to try one of their signature cocktail, the Kaori, meaning ‘fragrance’ in Japanese. A gentle smoky flavour rushes into my cavity from that dried star anise, then the aroma from the mistia muscat, sake and gin. A gentle kick of acidity from the lemon juice and umeshu, is well-balanced with their homemade syrup from earl grey, clove and star anise. After all the vibrant and vivid smoky and flowery scents, I’m particularly in love with that green tea finish, calm like breezes.
