To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環放完工去歌賦街同同事一齊搵食～同事話突然想食銀絲卷，所以就去咗上海弄堂～平時lunch time都經常光顧，今日第一次食晚市💛入到去坐低店員就送上香脆花生俾我哋食住等～兩個女仔實在太肚餓，唔覺得叫咗好多澱粉食😝😝因為菜單圖片太吸引，咩都想試～點完後好快就一碟一碟送上，銀絲卷（$28）送到枱面我哋就已經好興奮！黃金色嘅表面，溫度剛剛好，外脆內軟～再沾上煉奶一齊食♥️好滿足♥️第二碟薺菜豬肉餛飩（$58）每一粒都光澤飽滿～餛飩外皮厚度適中，餡料豐富！薺菜豬肉味親清爽鮮甜！第三碟嫩雞煨麵（$75）乳白色嘅湯底係用熬好嘅雞湯製成，非常鮮味，岩晒我鐘意飲湯嘅湯怪。雞肉和蔬菜份量適中，口感潤滑，回味無窮。第四碟香菇烤麩套餐配菜飯（$72）上海必食名菜！木耳好大塊😍 每個材料都非常入味，口味偏少甜，由於烤麩係加咗醬油紅燒，入口帶有濃濃嘅醬香！忍唔住一口接一口！ 🧡上海弄堂一直都係中環人嘅上海菜首選！店員姐姐親切醒目，會一直注意你有冇咩需要～真心推薦！👍🏻
