今日我去咗一間CP值極高嘅法國餐廳,人均400+可以食到一個四道菜set。餐廳由米芝蓮團隊打造,位於中環,佔地4000幾呎,設計靈感來自法國紅磨坊,真係好有氣氛,店內仲有好多打卡位,openrice mark低咗好耐!今日終於去咗。首先,龍蝦湯真係一絕,湯底濃郁,鮮甜的龍蝦肉令我每一口都充滿驚喜。接住落嚟嘅焦糖法國鵝肝撻,外脆內滑,配上少許焦糖,甜中帶鹹,食完令人回味無窮。乾式熟成澳洲和牛他他,肉質鮮嫩,配搭嘅調味汁恰到好處,令我忍不住多食幾口。而傳統法式牛柳也毫不遜色,煮得恰到好處,肉味濃郁,口感滑順。當然,唔可以錯過法國鵝肝牛柳,兩者結合,味道層次更加豐富,真係一口咬落去,幸福感爆棚。而海膽雪糕,居然將海膽嘅鮮味融入雪糕中,清新又特別。心形蛋糕則是一個甜蜜的結尾,柔滑的口感配上香甜的味道,完美地結束了這頓美食之旅。最後,季節時令法國生蠔和海膽刺身多士更是必試,生蠔鮮美無比,而海膽刺身多士則帶有海味的濃厚。
