呢間餐廳已經bookmark咗好耐,係一個好浪漫嘅餐廳,不單止環境優美,食物更是更上一層樓!一入門口已經有好大嘅鋼琴可以打卡,一邊聽住純音樂,一邊食飯,好享受!lunch set揀咗四個course,一開始先來餐包,可以點黑松露牛油,正呀(好香的黑松露味)餐廳椰菜花湯:香濃椰菜花忌廉湯,上面仲有蜘蛛絲的拉花👍🏻另外法式活龍蝦湯:濃郁的龍蝦鮮味,上面仲有起泡的效果,亦沒有馬虎👍🏻焦糖法國鵝肝撻:呢個做得幾出色和幾創新,第一次食鹹的撻,質感類似葡撻散發出鵝肝味道塔斯曼尼亞海膽多士:通常呢就係鵝肝多士,海膽多士呢都好特別,厚厚的海膽再加上魚子醬,送酒一流法式低溫慢煮東星石斑:在低溫慢煮下,魚肉唔會鞋口,保持左原味,帶點鮮甜,可以點小小忌廉汁,另外配菜有紫薯蓉好甜慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍:好厚的豬鞍,肉味都好濃郁,有輕微的黑胡椒調味,另外配菜有南瓜蓉好甜當然要叫兩杯打卡飲品😛Pink Lady:混合咗玫瑰糖漿,檸檬汁及梳打水,面頭灑咗啲食用花,再加咗乾冰,整到杯飲品煙霧彌漫,好有仙氣。荔枝Martini: 混合咗voaka, 荔枝汁,青檸及糖漿。有粒荔枝襯托,都有加乾冰增加氣氛。好香荔枝味,好易入口

呢個都係好期待嘅海膽味雪糕:都係第一次食,首先海膽型嘅器皿裝住,再加上仙氣效果,好香濃嘅海膽味,呢個極力推介👍🏻
