To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 座落於中環的百年老店蛇王芬,也是米芝蓮推介餐廳,今晚終於和朋友來嘗試一下,店內的裝潢比較傳統,座位比較密,但為了吃美食,我們也不介意。蛇羹$140蛇羹湯底以新鮮蛇骨、老雞、北菇、果皮等熬製,味道清甜,配上新鮮蛇肉,每口蛇羹都有豐富材料,感覺味道非常傳統,而薄脆及檸檬葉已預先放在蛇羹上。欖菜肉鬆炒蜜豆$130豆角本身味道帶甜,用肉碎來煮有加持作用,豆角爽脆香甜無渣,肉鬆和豆角拼在一起,菜肉平衡,欖菜的份量剛好夠味又不會太鹹,吃完之後也想試試自己煮,但鑊氣一定不及在這吃到的。一盅燉湯+一款碟頭飯$170很推介的一個組合,先來選一個燉湯,今晚只剩菜膽燉陳腎還好我們也喜歡,我們都很喜歡喝湯,而燉湯比想像的份量多,熱辣辣送上,清甜味濃又沒味精。碟頭飯選擇鹹魚雞粒炒飯,要加$15,上來聞到香噴噴,入口有被驚艷到,夠鑊氣炒到香噴噴,簡單的配料鹹魚、雞粒、菜粒、蛋、菜粒,已是人間美味,可能是我吃過最好吃的鹹魚雞粒炒飯。
