To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老婆大人第二日在中環返工，在概嘆中環很多人，每逢午飯時段都會塞滿人群…經朋友介紹，我們來到紅城茶餐廳。紅城是最近她上班的餐廳，我們有幸一起吃12點，等了10分鐘便有位子了。我們這次試了他們的常餐，賣相是挺吸引的。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵+多士+炒蛋老婆大人出名食肉很挑,挑在於她不能吃到一點點的根或肥膏或咬不斷的肉，她大讚這兒的牛肉非常腍，吃得非常津津有味。另外，多士一定要趁熱吃，不然會變得不脆。價錢中等，於中環來說,算便宜。
