To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日食百年老店 + 米芝蓮美食 -- 蛇王芬蛇王芬既食物種類幾多,蛇羹、燉湯、小菜、煲仔飯等🙆🏽‍♀️今次午餐時間帶埋外國朋友黎幫襯,試咗佢哋嘅各款美食希望外國人都認識香港既老字號美食😆首先講下太史五蛇羹 (一碗 $140)超級足料,材料好滿,有鮑魚絲、雞絲、薑絲、冬菇、木耳絲,仲有花膠添重點當然係蛇肉我唔算成日食蛇,覺得口感幾滑同爽,幾喜歡❤️❤️另外食左海鮮炒河有蝦、魚肉、鮑魚,幾有誠意比較適合鍾意食濕炒既人😆無花果蜜棗燉豬肺就更加令人驚喜豬肺燉得好滑嫩,湯汁甜而不膩無花果同蜜棗味道好搭配,好清甜可口😋最後講下腐乳椒絲炒油麥菜,腐乳同椒絲嘅香味好好味,外國朋友仔都好鍾意!🥳值得介紹俾朋友既餐廳❤️
