今晚朋友約食飯,依間餐廳位於中環嘅蘇豪區,餐廳嘅性質都幾特別,係一間食中式點心為主嘅酒吧。原來點心都幾受外國人歡迎,入到鋪頭入邊幾台客人都係西人為主。餐廳嘅燈光較為暗,環境都幾浪漫。是日中湯— 餐廳標榜呢個湯唔落味精,一於叫黎試吓。嗰日嘅湯係羅漢果西洋菜湯,絕對飲得出係慢火煲出嚟嘅老火湯,一定要叫。各式點心— 點心嘅水準高於出邊茶樓,燒賣勁大粒,用上新鮮豬肉同蝦肉製成,抵食!春卷係即炸,腸粉亦都係即刻煎,配上XO醬,諗起都回味。鮮雞雲耳荷葉飯— 餐廳亦都提供唔同嘅飯裏,我哋就冇選擇到炒飯,揀咗依個傳統嘅荷葉飯。雞件鮮味十足,配上雲耳同埋荷葉嘅香,成個飯都好好食。有時去開呢一區,通常都係食西餐或者酒吧嘅嘢食,有依啲特別啲新派啲嘅餐廳,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
