成日都聽到同事話👉🏻中環茶記👈🏻 性價比超高-好抵食, 我今日就去試下先👅..餐廳既裝修係懷舊風,好有80年代既茶餐廳feel🙈 講返野食先...點先個”煎蛋火腿菠蘿包”(HK$45) 份量超大,圖二見到仲大過我個拳頭呀😳 菠蘿包外皮好脆身,配上半融既芝士同少少既流心蛋同火腿, 食落岩岩好‼️ 又唔會太膩👍🏻..再點個”豬膶出前一叮公仔麵+滑蛋吐司”(HK$60) 個麵係超級香😍 豬膶厚身爽滑,湯底濃郁, 而且麵底用出前一丁軟硬度適中一個字”正”〰️ “烤豬扒拼鰻魚鐵板”(HK$138) 條鰻魚真心好長, 肉質肥美👀 另外, 厚切豬扒係茶記既招牌, 用左24小時醃製再煮, 食落好鬆軟, 真係啖啖肉🤩
