平時食葡國菜多數都係澳門,估唔到中環最近又新開左間葡國菜小店。店舖雖然比較細,但係已經見到幾個外籍人士好開心咁飲酒。仲有個澳洲籍顧客拉住我傾計同埋叫我一定要買餐廳嘅橄欖油,感覺都幾溫馨。Squid salad香烤嘅魷魚非常彈牙,加入蕃茄、洋蔥同埋橄欖油調味,咸咸地又充滿油香,配埋麵包一齊食就一流啦。Piri piri chicken 餐廳叫自己做King of Piri Piri。就知道依款係佢哋嘅拿手小菜,Piri Piri其實就係傳統葡萄牙嘅醬汁,大多用上紅辣椒、蒜頭、油、鹽製成。雞肉選用較細小嘅春雞,雞皮燒到香脆,肉質亦都嫩滑多汁。Espetada 將牛肉製成一串,同樣用咗Piri Piri和鹽去調味,熟度剛剛好肉質又帶點粉紅。而牛肉亦都配上薯條、米飯同埋沙律菜。個人覺得最佳配搭就係同飯一齊,因為飯本身加入咗少許橄欖油,餸飯真係好正。Bacalhau no foano 用左葡萄牙出產嘅鱈魚加上橄欖油焗製,外層魚皮香脆,魚肉嫩滑多汁。薯仔亦都吸收晒橄欖油嘅味道,估唔到連配菜都咁好食。食得葡國菜一定要試吓Green wine,味道比平時飲開嘅白酒更加容易入口。最後食埋佢哋嘅葡式pan
