係日本成日都食鰻魚飯,最出名嘅係備長炭鰻魚飯,但係喺香港冇乜邊間好食。炭家係座銀集團旗下嘅餐廳之前食過佢另外一間拉麵店都好高質素原來呢度嘅鰻魚係有蒲燒或者白燒鰻魚,我個人鍾意食濃味啲所以叫咗蒲燒。塊鰻魚勁大塊仲大過個飯盒,而且鰻魚汁係成個飯嘅靈魂,呢度冇直接林落個飯會分開上,仲會配埋山椒粉,但我覺得可以唔使落因為本身鰻魚都好夠味。另外我哋叫咗幾歡串燒同埋鰻魚玉子,玉子口感嫩,而且鰻魚汁配埋玉子燒得好入味今次係黎同朋友慶祝生日,餐廳仲好貼心準備咗蠟燭插喺我哋嘅小蛋糕上面
