To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣終於開始轉涼,朋友就提議食蛇羹,佢話想試吓中環老字號店「蛇王芬」。老實講我之前都只係食過兩次蛇🙈,冇乜特別喜好。中環店位於閣麟街,即係喺正半山扶手電梯隔離。我哋成日經過,但幫襯都係第一次。小店環境保留復古氣息,而且侍應生仲係一班銀髮族👴,不經意咁滲出人情味。秋冬鮑魚燴五蛇羹($140/每碗),🐍蛇羮最細碗都要成百四蚊,真係唔平,不過確係真材實料。細細碗蛇羹蘊含多種食材,包括蛇肉、鮑魚、花膠、雞絲、冬菇、木耳、果皮同筍等。食落味道係唔錯,一啲都唔腥,仲有薄脆搭伴,而且質感唔會過於滑潺潺。腊味糯米飯($150/細),🍚糯米飯配蛇羹係經典組合,只不過週末就冇得嗌套餐,細份量已足夠兩個人食!糯米飯用足料炒,當中唔少得臘腸、潤腸、臘肉同冬菇等,同時我覺得佢炒得好入味,亦唔會漿埋一餅,富油香;但朋友就略嫌唔夠乾身。廈門炒米粉($80),🍜炒米大大碟,炒得夠鑊氣,係飽肚之選。米粉麵質彈牙,軟硬適中,配以適量嘅五柳菜一齊炒,味道甜甜酸酸,幾開胃。餸方面亦唔少,有好多隻蝦、火腿同蛋等。蒜蓉椒絲炒A菜($85),🥦A菜其實即係油麥菜,質感爽脆,用上蒜蓉椒絲炒好穩陣,而且味味清清哋,唔油膩。總括嚟講,呢
