暫時對新加坡都未感有興趣去旅遊,但對咖吔多士卻欲拒還迎.邪惡之物,偶然食下🤤滿足口腹.難得Pulau有分店設於港島,剛巧走過中環街市見到就嚐一嚐.下午茶時段比午市選擇多,所以要留意如專程食咖吔多士或串燒小食類,要先等到兩點後下午茶時段喔!🔸半熟蛋配咖吔多士($36)咖吔多士有四件,烤得香脆,夾住微甜咖吔醬及邪惡厚牛油,外脆內甜.旁邊加上兩隻半熟蛋,更添蛋香及順滑,滋味與邪惡感加倍~🔸胡椒豬肉串($48/4pcs) 🔸燒魷魚鬚($68/6pcs)豬肉串口感似肉丸,有許胡椒香氣,面頭灑滿蒜片及蔥花.魷魚鬚燒得香口,整條沾滿醬汁增加惹味🔸巴東牛肉配班蘭椰漿飯x蘇東魚丸雞湯($68)椰漿飯加上班蘭汁後變成綠色,非常搶眼.牛肉經燉煮後吸滿香料及椰奶精華,軟腍入味,並帶出辛辣後勁.旁邊附上雞湯清澈解膩
