To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中菜來說 我都幾喜歡食上海菜是日就黎到位於中環的上海弄堂餐廳間格都幾四四方方 左邊掛左大大幅上海外灘的畫 另一邊則掛左唔少黑白照片仲有類似屏風擺係收銀附近 成個感覺好懷舊 食上海野點可以唔叫小籠包呢小食: 小籠包 ($40/4pcs)小籠包的精粹除左係湯汁外 外皮的厚度都好重要如果外皮太厚食落去個口感就唔理想小籠包個皮得的厚薄程度唔錯包住肉味濃郁的湯汁同鮮嫩的豬肉一個接一個咁擺入口食 4個小籠包係轉眼間已經吃光光主菜:糖醋魚塊 ($118)個人黎講麻麻地鐘意食魚友人向來都喜歡食魚 所以就叫左呢個糖醋魚塊魚塊口感酥軟 配埋酸酸甜甜的醬汁 十分開胃如果可以多返少少菠蘿伴碟會更加perfect蔬菜:醬燒茄子 ($78)茄子食落好軟糯 醬汁都幾濃稠 所以茄子十分入味 加埋毛豆一齊炒之下仲提升埋個香味呢個餸伴飯食一流茶錢 ($5/person)
