今日喺中環收工,好彩有朋友介紹,帶我嚟呢度。門面都好簡潔低調,喺中環黎講比較靜嘅利源西街。餐廳唔係好大,大約十幾至20個位,有小店嘅感覺。餐牌內容非常清晰易明,睇落單只上面自己填就得啦。我同朋友要咗兩個至尊越南河粉,嘢飲叫咗青檸梳打,再加多個冰山燒豬頸肉做小食。青檸梳打係用左泰國象牌梳打水,連用料都好講究,梳打水加落青檸汁之後味道好清新,唔會太甜。 冰山燒豬頸肉燒得好入味,肉質嫩滑口感有彈性,配上生菜同醬汁,將燒豬頸肉嘅油份中和,值得推介。至尊套餐非常豐富,至尊包含牛柏葉、生熟牛柳片、牛腩、牛丸、同越南扎肉,乜都有齊曬,一次過滿足到好多個願望。湯底清甜,充滿thai basil嘅陣陣香味,唔會太咸,而且河粉好滑溜,加少少青檸就足夠吊味。因為材料實在太豐富,真係食到超級滿足。總括黎講喺中環食到呢個價錢嘅晚餐,性價比真係超高,食物質素、環境、同服務都非常滿意,一定會再幫襯。

我同朋友要咗兩個至尊越南河粉,嘢飲叫咗青檸梳打,再加多個冰山燒豬頸肉做小食。

青檸梳打係用左泰國象牌梳打水,連用料都好講究,梳打水加落青檸汁之後味道好清新,唔會太甜。
