九如坊慢煮兩餐之前曾睇過報導配合法式慢煮方法造出用心嘅料理。周六嘅黃昏,眼見已有一桌客人。餐廳燈光偏暗。餐廳裝潢風格以木白色簡約為主。主打中式一人晚餐$150 包兩餸、慢煮濃湯。什菜湯:飲落係濃郁雞湯底,勁多雜菜。生榨椰子汁$25清甜順滑,內有細細粒嘅椰果。解辣一流。酸梅醬蒸排骨:排骨微辣帶酸,酸梅汁撈飯勁開胃。有種久違婆婆住家飯嘅味道,好懷念。咖喱牛筋腩:咖喱汁都真係幾辣下,薯仔炆煮得非常軟稔入味。牛筋腩有四大條,以一人份量都盤足。牛筋腩肉質軟稔唔加牙,一樣非常入味。火焰薑蔥撈麵 $48一上碟,店員會帶火槍燒熱蔥油,當我地再淋上去,一撈香氣飄晒上鼻。麵質非常爽口彈牙,蔥油香氣噗鼻,味道地道惹味。重點碟麵驚豔之處係俾我冷落接近15分鐘,麵餅無絲毫痴住嘅感覺。食完之後仲有甜品(士多啤梨啫喱)好多士多啤梨碎粒,啫喱內嘅忌廉可令本啫喱變得順滑。以中上環來說,食物質素都值得推介。
