To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環食壽司千両算係平民價，lunch set價錢同其他分店差唔多。加埋一，大概$160。所以平時lunch hour好旺場，12:30前無拎位就有排等，因為分店都唔算大，等一轉食完起碼都1:30後。一個人一set份量亦好飽，唔洗再加野食。上菜都好快，10分鐘左右成盤送上。炸物亦好熱，係前菜南瓜今次唔算好淋。可惜世紀廣場有升降機翻新緊，等lift上落都好耐，因為低層，走亦等lift等好耐，好易滿入唔到，可能要搭貨lift
