琴日陪屋企人去飲茶,去左呢間位於中環嘅中菜館。雖然鋪面不大,但座位都好闊落,所以坐得好舒服!我地主要食點心,分別叫左牛肉餃、炸黑松露餛飩、涼拌腐竹、蝦餃、冬菇包、排骨蒸陳村粉、黃金脆菌、煎茶果、柚皮、叉燒、腐皮浸時蔬、沙爹牛肉炒腸粉、芝麻卷同馬拉糕。牛肉餃:好有懷舊嘅感覺,雖然落左汁,但外皮都keep到系脆身嘅,餡料食落似牛肉球,加左蔥絲口感清爽,好食!炸黑松露餛飩:餛飩皮炸得非常香脆,餡料充滿黑松露香味,連埋沙律醬一齊食感覺不會太油膩。涼拌腐竹:系我最鍾意食嘅一道菜!腐皮軟硬適中,味道好清爽,辣辣地,好開胃。蝦餃:皮系煙韌嘅,蝦肉好爽口鮮甜!冬菇包:造型好可愛~底部煎得脆脆的,包好軟熟,餡料有好多菇,好好食!排骨蒸陳村粉:排骨肉質夠淋,陳村粉食落煙煙韌韌,味道不錯。黃金脆菌:鹹蛋黃味好香,野菌炸得好脆,好香口!煎茶果:外皮軟糯,餡料有香菇、肉粒等材料,幾惹味!柚皮:煮得好入味,柚皮鬆化,入口即溶。叉燒:肉質夠淋,醬汁香甜,外面燒得脆脆地,味道真的不錯不錯。腐皮浸時蔬:味道清淡,但又唔會覺得太寡~~配飯一齊食應該不錯!沙爹牛肉炒腸粉:我覺得呢個好特別!用熱鍋上,食落熱騰騰的,腸粉同沙爹
