今日和友人去了位於中環的大呷台灣。我們點了個綜合涼菜拼盤和小籠湯包做前菜,主食方面則點了個古早肉燥飯伴糖心鴨蛋和紅燒牛肉麵。涼菜拼盤非常豐富,可以一次過淺嘗5款冷盤,有酒香雞、黑醋木耳、糖心鴨蛋、葱油干貝豆腐和拌茄子。醉雞非常入味,酒味香濃,而且非常嫩滑。糖心蛋因為用鴨蛋的關係,蛋味非常濃,滷汁入味,值得推介。小籠包有4隻,即蒸熱辣辣,湯汁鮮甜,餡料不會太乾。牛肉麵用的是牛厚切,煮得稔身,抵讚。麵粗身彈牙,可以掛上更多湯汁,不錯。至於滷肉飯,肥瘦肉比例適中,不會太肥膩。飲品方面我們點了仙草奶茶和芒果布甸特飲。
