今日考試成功就約咗朋友食飯慶祝!大家相約係中環The Balcony食西日fusion菜。由中環恆生總行沿住租庇利街行過去,一直行到皇后大道中,就會見到有個招牌教你點去118號,上到三樓就到間餐廳。掛牆圖畫上既希臘小白屋、藍天白雲、藍色的大海,讓人望見都感到內心平靜起來。白磚牆身,配搭簡單既枱凳,感覺就係舒服。窗邊擺放住唔同既酒同埋盆栽作裝飾,坐低之後就發現出面真係有個露台可以俾人出去吹下水。睇完menu後,我地決定揀兩個set dinner黎試下︰The Stylish $388、The Dignity $488。店員好快就拎咗杯水黎,呢杯唔係普通既水,而係浸咗士多啤梨、檸檬、藍莓既detox water,好健康,而且唔會好似清水咁淡而無味,好好飲!煎鵝肝配日式蘿蔔及菠蘿︰朋友話唔係到到煎鵝肝都好味,但呢到既煎鵝肝真係煎得好出色!單看外表就見到鵝肝煎得油光均勻,放入口咀嚼,鵝肝香味滿溢,再配埋沾有黑醋汁既日式蘿蔔和清甜多汁既菠蘿,酸甜既味道中和返,唔會有油膩感!扒虎蝦香桃沙律︰兩隻扒虎蝦鋪面,蝦肉新鮮唔霉,沙律菜清新爽脆,撈埋沙律醬黎食,一D都唔苦,最驚喜係香桃,令整個沙律倍添香甜。

店員好快就拎咗杯水黎,呢杯唔係普通既水,而係浸咗士多啤梨、檸檬、藍莓既detox water,好健康,而且唔會好似清水咁淡而無味,好好飲!

雪葩︰係傳統西餐入面,食完前菜之後,係上main course之前,都會上雪葩,用黎清一清味蕾。雪葩冇牛奶成份,又唔會額外加糖,比雪糕更健康。每食一啖雪葩都透心涼,仲有D青檸皮係入面,酸甜好味。

慢煮鹿兒島黑豬柳配日式吉列飯團,黃梅蓉及蘋果醋汁︰黎自鹿兒島既黑豬柳切開一塊塊,因為用慢煮去烹調,望落仍然呈粉紅色,食落肉質嫩滑,配埋鋪面酸酸甜甜既黃梅蓉及蘋果醋汁,感覺新鮮。日式吉列飯團就係將一團飯炸好,外脆而裏面既飯粒仍保持軟糯。加埋側邊既菠菜蓉,完全符合均衡飲食。

甜品拼盤︰有焦糖檸檬批同埋雜果啫喱。吃一口焦糖檸檬批,立即帶來淡淡既檸檬香味,焦糖唔會好厚好硬,為軟滑既檸檬批帶來像砂糖既口感。有點甜,鍾意食甜品既女孩子應該會幾鍾意!雜果啫喱比較特別,唔係普通既啫喱,而係帶有少許酒既味道,我諗唔鍾意飲酒既朋友都應該接受到。

整體而言,我非常享受今晚既晚餐。可能有部分原因係因為考完試,一身鬆哂。但係我相信最主要既原因係因為可以係中環鬧市入面搵到一個舒適既環境,享用每一道佳餚,感受廚師用心既預備。
