To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講到豚王拉麵，相信很多香港人都會吃過，也有很多人慕名而來。在中上環上班，如果下班後一個人不知道想吃什麼，或者要食OT飯，豚王是個不錯的選擇。曾經光顧豚王多次，這次嘗試了它的赤王拉麵，本人喜歡拉麵的口感，所以每次都會點最硬的拉麵(其實也不算很硬)。拉麵要有蔥花先好食，所以最值得一讚的是豚王在俾蔥花時不會孤寒赤王拉麵還不以選拉度，今次選了中辣，非常野味，但建議平時不太食辣的朋友可以試試其他口味，同樣高質。
