BIFE DE OJO(Ribeye Steak頂級阿根廷草飼牛扒)
阿根廷牛排大致分為三種:里脊肉、肉眼和西冷。我們選擇了五成熟的阿根廷草飼肉眼扒。肉眼扒肉質柔嫩Juicy多汁,外焦內嫩,牛肉的鮮香味道令人難以忘懷。肉中間非常粉嫩,不會韌,肉味突出。牛味濃郁得其實不用再加多醬汁!搭配的黑椒汁和蘑菇汁各有特色,黑椒汁的層次感更強,有不同粗幼嘅黑椒粒營造層次;而蘑菇汁則充滿蘑菇味,為整道菜帶來了香氣。其實兩款都是Gravy,有牛肉味。所以我們都把醬汁吃和清光!還有creamy十足的忌廉波菜作為配菜,整碟牛扒實在太好吃了!

Deep-fried breaded Chicken Fillet covered with Tomato Sauce, Ham & Mozzarella Cheese, served with French Fries.傳統阿根廷菜式,吉列無骨雞扒。炸雞排上蓋著番茄醬、火腿和馬蘇里拉芝士,搭配薯條,口感十分豐富,火腿的鹹香和雞肉的嫩滑結合得恰到好處,意想不到的好吃。

Apple Pancake Flambé served with Ice Cream
這道甜品的視覺效果令人驚豔,當店員用火燒熱pancake時,視覺效果真的十分好。蘋果不太甜,pancake口感鬆脆,最後配上雪糕,雖然我們已經很飽了,但還是忍不住把它吃掉!
